ART SUBMISSION / PROPOSITION D´ART

Call for proposals of participation in our projects

Dear Madam, dear Sir,

we initiated, some time ago, the construction of a, conventional and electronic, information and commercialization system for art.
We would be happy, now, to proceed at the selection of creators (painters, sculptors, crafts artists, photographers), to start an immediate cooperation.
We ask kindly the interested persons to send us the following elements:
1. A photo portrait of the artist.
2. From one to five photos of creations available currently for sale, with indication of the public price.
3. From one to five other photos, of recent reference art pieces or a small recent exhibition catalogue.
Please notice that the quality of all the pictures has to be excellent.
4. A biography (in one or more languages, including English or French), written on computer (in a simple and clear manner (text aligned to the left, characters non bold or italics)). Please indicate eventual membership at professional organizations .
5. One or two recent press articles or a text explaining the artist's creativity written by the artist or an art critic (in more than one languages, including English, if possible).
Please send us this information by e-mail (photos for PC in jpeg or GIF format, high 500 pixels, max. 100 - 150 Kb by picture, max. about 500 Kb by message). In case that we would decide to cooperate, we will use the above elements to promote this art on the Internet and eventually other electronic information systems. The person sending this information accepts by this initiative such a use.
Please give us full contact information: professional address, telephone and if possible fax and e-mail. In case we would decide to cooperate we will contact the artist, in the near future, directly or via professional organizations involved in the process. Please notice that no financial participation is demanded presently by the creators.

Appel à des propositions de participation dans nos projets

Nous avons commencé, il y a quelque temps, la construction d'un système, conventionnel et électronique, d´information et de commercialisation pour l´art.
Nous serions heureux, maintenant, de procéder à la sélection de créateurs (peintres, sculpteurs, artisans, photographes), afin de commencer une coopération immédiate.
Nous prions les personnes intéressées nous envoyer les éléments suivants:
1. Une photo de l´artiste.
2. D'un à cinq photos de créations disponible actuellement en vente avec indication du prix du public.
3. D'un à cinq autre photos, de réalisations artistiques de la référence ou un catalogue d´exposition récents.
Veuillez noter que la qualité de toutes les images doit être excellente.
4. Une biographie (dans une ou plus de langues, y compris l´Anglais ou le Français), écrit sur ordinateur (d´une manière simple et claire (texte aligné à gauche, pas de caractères gras ou italiques)). Veuillez indiquer votre adhésion éventuelle à des organisations professionnelles.
5. Un ou deux articles de presse récents ou un texte expliquant la créativité de l'artiste écrit par l'artiste ou une critique de l'art (dans une ou plus de langues, y compris l´anglais ou le Français, si possible).
Veuillez nous envoyer cette information par courrier électronique (photos pour PC au format jpeg ou GIF, hauteur 500 pixels maximum, 100 - 150 Kb par image maximum, environ 500 Kb par message).
Dans le cas où nous déciderions de coopérer, nous utiliserons les éléments précités pour promouvoir cet art sur l'Internet et éventuellement sur d´autres systèmes d’information électroniques. La personne qui envoie cette information accepte par cette initiative un pareil usage.
Veuillez nous donner vos coordonnés complètes: adresse professionnelle, téléphone et si possible téléfax et adresse électronique. Dans le cas nous déciderions de coopérer nous contacterons l'artiste, prochainement, directement ou à l´intermédiaire d´organisations professionnelles partenaires. Veuillez remarquer qu´aucune participation financière n´est demandée pour l'instant aux créateurs.
