Our organization represents officially the professionals towards the public authorities and defends the collective and individual interests of its members towards:

the legislators in questions of Intellectual property, Social Security, Taxes, Customs, European regulations etc.

the Ministries: "Commissions of 1% (for the arts in public buildings)", attribution of Artists�Ateliers, Association "Maison des Artistes";

the market: Galleries, Auction houses, Architects, Societies of Authors;.

the Courts: Intellectual property rights: representation of its members in case of action in Court.

Independent of specific political, ideological and aesthetic orientations, the syndicate offers to all the Professional Creators Sculptors the following:

Conviviality: assembly, news letter, thematic meetings, exchange of ideas, of contacts, of technical information, collective activities with the Association "Sculptors in the Present";

Services: Information about Author rights, competitions, exhibitions, contracts;

Promotion: creation of a CD Rom about the organizations�members etc;

Representation: the traditional solidarity of the sculptors does the force of our syndicate. We have more than 1200 registered members among which 15 are elected every year to act as benevolent in the name of all the members.
