As Summer 2025 unfolds, Greece stands as a beacon of luxury tourism, experiencing unparalleled growth and solidifying its position as a premier global destination. This vibrant backdrop provides the perfect stage for EURAN's transformative pilot projects.
The Greek tourism sector continues to set records, with over 40 million visitors in 2024 generating a substantial €21.7 billion in revenue. Early 2025 data shows sustained momentum, with a 4.4% rise in tourism revenue and 5.4% growth in total tourist arrivals during Q1, driven significantly by non-EU visitors.
This thriving environment makes Summer 2025 the ideal time to launch pilot projects that leverage art and design to redefine luxury experiences and capitalize on these significant market opportunities. Focusing on the peak period of August–September 2025, we anticipate robust client volumes across key luxury segments:
The Cruise Industry expects approximately 2.8–3.2 million passengers in Aug–Sep, building on 2024's €1.1 billion revenue and 5 million total passengers, reflecting strong growth.
Superyachting is projected to see 35,000–45,000 charter guests in Aug–Sep, reflecting a strong +15–18% growth over 2,580 available yachts in 2024, reinforcing Greece's position as a top global charter destination.
The Hotel Sector is set for an estimated 18–19 million guests in Aug–Sep, with peak occupancy rates of 85–95% in resort areas and an Average Daily Rate (ADR) of €278 for upscale hotels, following significant growth in 5-star room capacity.
Luxury Real Estate anticipates ~150–250 property transactions and ~5,000–7,000 active buyers and renters in Aug–Sep, building on over €500 million in 2024 sales volume.
Aviation & Private Jets are projected to handle ~21–22 million airport passengers in Aug–Sep (up from ~10.5 million nationwide in Aug 2024) and specifically ~2,500–3,500 private jet movements with ~6,000–8,000 passengers, underscoring continued strong growth in air travel.
The "EURAN Constellation Live – Summer 25" initiative focuses on immediate, tangible pilot projects designed to demonstrate the transformative power of EURAN's art and design integration. These are not just concepts; they are actionable proposals ready for implementation in collaboration with visionary partners this summer. By focusing on rapid deployment and measurable results, these pilots will provide concrete proof of concept for our broader "Art-Integrated Luxury" vision across key sectors.
For each pilot, we have identified specific, measurable objectives and realistic implementation steps, ensuring that partners can quickly see the value and impact on their target audiences.
A core component of our pilot programs involves the strategic integration of FFnE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). This extends beyond conventional furnishings to include curated artworks and bespoke design objects that are meticulously tailored to each project's unique vision and space.
For these pilots, we can feature a diverse range of high-quality items, from sculptural elements and designer accent lighting to luxurious soft furnishings. We also leverage our capability to create exclusive, art-derived products such as custom bath and window treatments, specially designed area rugs, decorative pillows, and even high-end, branded apparel (like t-shirts and swimwear), all powered by our Print-on-Demand (POD) capabilities.
These items transform spaces into immersive brand experiences and open new avenues for revenue generation and brand extension. Our projects draw from EURAN's extensive art and design ecosystem, which includes iconic masterpieces from art history and original creations by EURAN's founders and art derived, printed on demand, products. Furthermore, the rich insights from our 415 "Art & Design 2day" newsletters can provide compelling narratives and content for these integrated experiences. You can explore more about our integrated art and design approach here.
The specific selection and quantity of FFnE for any pilot will be determined in close consultation with the project's stakeholders, and critically, will be proportional to the agreed timeframes and allocated budget, ensuring an impactful yet feasible implementation that aligns with your specific goals.
Bring art and design directly into high-end travel settings: superyachts, cruise ships, luxury real estate, hotels, private jets, airport lounges.
Connect travelers with curated, meaningful cultural content — locally rooted, globally resonant.
Create immersive phygital experiences, combining physical presence with storytelling through AR, holograms, digital media, responsive design, and live interpretation.
Develop temporary prototype interiors and demonstrator mock-ups in real-world locations: cruise, yachting, hotel, villa, airport, and luxury retail environments.
Test how space can adapt to mood, presence, and meaning through responsive materials, digital overlays, and cultural narratives.
Collaborate on small-scale architectural insertions, tech-enhanced surfaces, or sensorial installations.
This is not a commercial construction process, but a shared experimental framework for artists, technologists, designers, and spatial thinkers.
We believe the future of luxury is not just aesthetic or digital — it is experiential, cultural, and integrated.
Summer 25 explores how spatial environments can become living narratives, shaped by human experience, technological depth, and cultural meaning.
By pairing Operational Activations with Construction Prototypes, we connect vision with practice — bridging concept and reality, inspiration and application.
