Realised experience
Work actually performed and capable of documentation.
EURAN EUROPEAN ART NETWORKS™ · ELEVEN ECONOMIC SECTORS
Ambitious cultural and creative propositions, now separated clearly from realised experience and organised around the coalition, pilot and professional appointment required to make one of them real.

01 · The essential correction
EURAN brings realised experience in art, architecture, museums, exhibitions, creator networks and cruise-vessel art delivery. The current industry operations are authored propositions. Their value can be established only when a real client, representative users and the necessary sector and implementation partners help define and test one project.
Work actually performed and capable of documentation.
Experience relevant to another sector but not yet applied there in the proposed form.
An idea, operation, network, index, prize or method not yet implemented in its present form.
The client, users and partners who define, resource, test and govern one real undertaking.
01b · EURAN systems and instruments
The eleven industry pages are sector-specific expressions of a common EURAN authored architecture. The systems below are available for adaptation under defined Appointments; they are not presented as universally implemented or independently validated sector systems.
COS™ — Cultural Operating System provides the cultural and strategic framework. OPS™ — Operational Process System structures project formation, responsibility, pilots, execution and closure.
SIOS™ — Strategic Intelligence Operating System supports structured research and decision-making. CCPI™ and CCPI-ACQ™ may be applied where suitable evidence, evaluation or acquisition requirements exist.
CCL™ — Cultural Circulation Layer remains EURAN’s internal connective logic linking people, cultural assets, environments and industries. Clients experience the project and its results rather than the internal mechanism.
These systems and instruments form part of EURAN’s protected intellectual property and professional method. Their relevance, scope, criteria and deliverables are defined only within the appropriate written Appointment.
02 · From ideas to projects
The original EURAN EEC dossier involved users and partners from the beginning. The new pages recover that discipline: a proposition is not “sold” as a completed system. It is evaluated with the beneficiary, shaped by real operational conditions, assigned to responsible participants and tested through the smallest credible pilot.
03 · Eleven industries
Each page now opens with an executive summary. Where a source-checked Deep Dive exists, it appears near the top as Chapter 02—not near the bottom.

01 · Passenger Maritime
Direct cruise-industry delivery experience combined with new propositions for vessel identity, collections, cultural experience and destination connections.

02 · Private Maritime
Owner-led propositions for cultural identity, art collections, technical specification and private cultural experience—formed with the yacht team and specialist partners.

03 · Waterfront Systems
A waterfront project-forming approach to identity, public art, cultural programming and destination connections—beginning with one real marina and its users.

04 · Hospitality
Property-specific propositions for cultural identity, art, creator participation and guest experience—tested with one hotel, its operator, staff and guests.

05 · Built Environment
A project-forming approach to cultural due diligence, spatial identity, art budgets, collecting and placemaking for a specific property or development.

06 · Global Trade
Practical propositions for maritime headquarters, corporate heritage, crews, fleet identity and limited onboard pilots—formed with shipowners, managers and maritime specialists.

07 · Cultural Value
Authored propositions for cultural differentiation, creator collaboration, collecting and personalised client experience—formed with one specific house, operator or owner.

08 · Cultural Production
A project-forming framework for connecting artists, architects, designers, institutions, technology specialists and industry clients around one defined undertaking.

09 · Capital & Trust
A project-forming approach to collections, institutional identity, patronage, client relationships and family legacy—without implying an already operating financial network.

10 · Global Mobility
Authored propositions for airport identity, collections, cultural lounges, destination bridges and creator storytelling—requiring an airport, airline or operator and qualified aviation partners.

11 · Frontier Research
A frontier-research framework for the cultural, symbolic and human dimensions of space—beginning with terrestrial, testable projects rather than claims about orbital implementation.
04 · What every industry page contains
The sector issue, EURAN proposition, relevant foundation and credible starting point.
The NotebookLM analysis, accurately disclosed as synthetic and framed as a hypothesis rather than proof.
The energy and sector-specific ambition retained from the earlier pages without overclaiming.
Selected propositions with potential client, EURAN role and first required decision.
A methodology showing what is available under appointment and what requires pilot evidence.
The users, specialists and smallest credible test required before wider implementation.
05 · Professional engagement
Initial qualification may take place remotely or in person. Where a dedicated journey is requested before a Professional Appointment exists, travel arrangements must be agreed and organised in advance. Substantive project definition, diagnosis, site examination and recommendations begin only under the appropriate written paid Appointment.
