ACCESS™ governs one relationship only: the approved introduction of a new client, project or authorised decision-maker. Client appointments, professional work, creative participation, supply and production are governed separately.

The system
ACCESS™ is not a general partnership catalogue. It is EURAN’s controlled system for professional introductions: registration, evaluation, protection and transparent remuneration.
EURAN ACCESS™ enables approved external professionals and organisations to introduce qualified new clients and commercial projects to EURAN and to receive predefined remuneration when an approved introduction generates eligible EURAN professional income.
Legally established organisations and independent professionals whose status permits referral relationships and who can identify a relevant new client or project.
ACCESS governs the introduction only.
Process
The prospective introduction must be registered before it is made. EURAN then determines whether it qualifies and confirms the applicable terms in writing.
Recognise a prospective client, project or art-acquisition context relevant to EURAN.
Submit sufficient high-level information before acting, subject to privacy and consent requirements.
EURAN checks novelty, relevance, authority, conflicts, professional restrictions and existing relationships.
EURAN identifies the approved project, participant, permitted actions, protection period and remuneration basis.
The approved participant makes the introduction transparently and without negotiating or binding EURAN.
When EURAN receives eligible professional fees, the approved introducer receives the corresponding ACCESS remuneration.
Economic rule
The standard 4% rewards the approved introduction. It is not connected to the price, sale or rental of property, nor to the value of artworks or other third-party goods and services.
VAT, taxes, artworks, artists’ fees, third-party professional fees, rights, suppliers, fabrication, materials, construction, installation, logistics, travel, accommodation and reimbursable expenses, unless the written ACCESS confirmation expressly provides otherwise.
Protection & integrity
ACCESS safeguards the prospective client, the introducer, EURAN and every existing professional relationship.
A name, contact or project sent without prior acceptance does not create protection or remuneration rights.
The client or project must be new or materially new to EURAN and not already under active discussion.
The participant must respect privacy, client permission, professional codes and any duty to disclose the referral benefit.
The introducer cannot quote, negotiate, promise, approve or represent EURAN.
Any later professional, artistic, supply or project role is classified through RELATE™ and appointed separately.
Remuneration follows only the eligible EURAN professional income actually received and retained.
Two complementary systems
The same person may use ACCESS™ and RELATE™ for different, separately documented roles.
Register the new-business introduction before making it. The approved introduction may generate the standard ACCESS remuneration.
