Purpose
EURAN conceives and directs ambitious cultural, artistic, architectural, design, intelligence and cross-industry projects. Each Appointment transforms a Client ambition into a defined professional condition, a clear project architecture, protected creative direction, aligned authority, transparent investment and an accepted result.
Constellation corpus
EURAN’s pre-existing Intellectual Property includes the EURAN Constellation, a version-controlled corpus of 75 published concepts and project propositions. Selected entries are developed through project-specific investigation, adaptation, verification, Deliverables and expressly stated rights.
Professional independence
The Client defines the ambition, approved investment, legal and technical framework, approval stages and completion objective. EURAN directs its methodology, analysis, creative process and professional organisation.
Transparent structure
Professional fees, External Realisation, acquisitions, rights, suppliers, production, travel and other third-party expenditure are identified separately and governed by the applicable Appointment.
The professional doctrine
EURAN applies one professional framework across its sectors, proposals, meetings and commissioned work.
Diagnosis before prescription
The professional condition, authority, evidence, procurement, investment and intended result are established before a custom solution is prescribed.
Defined Appointment
Substantive professional work takes place within an Appointment defining the role, scope, Deliverables, authority, payment, review and Acceptance.
Responsibility-based fees
Fixed professional fees correspond to professional architecture, consequence, governance and responsibility—not merely time, quantity or the number of outputs.
Formal evolution
Expansion, acceleration, repeated deployment, changed authority or additional responsibility is addressed through a written Change Order or new Appointment.
How an EURAN Appointment begins
A project progresses only through stages that produce a defined professional result and a precise next decision.
Qualification Exchange
A short introductory exchange, normally up to 20 minutes, determines whether a genuine paid EURAN Appointment may exist.
Project Definition
EURAN examines the ambition, evidence, authority, procurement, investment, compliance, consequence and professionally appropriate route.
Defined Appointment
The Client accepts the appropriate Remote, In-Situ, Major, Strategic or Institutional Appointment with named professional conditions.
Acceptance and closure
Delivery is reviewed, corrected where contractually required, formally accepted and closed. Any later stage is separately decided.
Standard fixed professional fee architecture
The complete architecture is public so that every prospective Client can understand EURAN’s universal professional structure before commitment. Each level corresponds to a different professional condition, consequence and responsibility.

No later Appointment is automatic. Project Definition may recommend any professionally appropriate route—or no continuation. Each later Appointment requires a defined scope, separate Client decision, agreed fee and new written Appointment. Professional fees are denominated in euro and are exclusive of VAT or equivalent taxes where applicable.
Authority, governance and commercial integrity
Every Appointment establishes the decision structure and professional conditions required for effective delivery.
- The commissioning and paying entity, Executive Sponsor, Authorised Client Representative, procurement authority and Acceptance authority are identified.
- Conflicting instructions are consolidated through the authorised route before EURAN proceeds.
- Introduced Relationships may be documented and protected proportionately for the named operation.
- All fees, commissions, royalties, referral compensation and material financial interests are disclosed and documented in writing.
- Where relevant, identity, authority, beneficial ownership, provenance, sanctions, source-of-funds, data-protection and other Compliance Information may be required.
- Multi-party assets and co-owned transactions require verified authority, validated offers, transparent representation and a common written transaction record.
Scope, rights and Acceptance
EURAN’s responsibility and the Client’s rights are established expressly for each commissioned operation.
Scope and Deliverables
Every Appointment names the Professional Workstreams, Principal Deliverables, Field of Application, Included Application or Pilot, timetable, assumptions, Client inputs and Acceptance criteria.
Intellectual Property
EURAN retains its pre-existing systems, methods, networks, databases, Constellation corpus and reusable Intellectual Property. Project-specific Client rights are defined expressly after full payment and Acceptance.
Review and Acceptance
Unless otherwise stated, the Client has 10 business days after Delivery to provide one consolidated written statement identifying material non-conformity against the agreed scope.
Dormancy and capacity
After 45 consecutive calendar days without a required decision, document, access, payment or approval, EURAN may classify an Appointment as dormant and release reserved capacity.
Resolution and complete contractual terms
Questions first enter documented direct discussion between EURAN and the Authorised Client Representative, with escalation to the Executive Sponsor where appropriate. Where unresolved, the parties seek confidential mediation through the French Médiateur des entreprises when eligible and accepted, or another independent mediator accepted by both parties.
This public Executive Summary is not the complete contract. Every commissioned operation remains subject to a project-specific written Appointment incorporating the complete EURAN Terms of Professional Appointment™ — Controlled Client and Contractual Edition — applicable on its date. The complete edition is supplied directly before an Appointment is concluded.
