This MYS26 CCPI™ audit presents the first complete pre-show cultural-performance evaluation of the current Monaco Yacht Show 2026 superyacht field.
EURAN maintains a live register rather than prematurely freezing the participant universe. Official Monaco Yacht Show listings are combined with independently verifiable public MYS26 participation confirmations. Additions, withdrawals and unresolved identities remain version-controlled.
Current field: 121 tracked yachts. 99 have a scored consensus record; 22 remain NE / insufficient evidence.
Of the 99 scored records, 95 contain five available independent evaluations and four contain four available evaluations.
Five Independent AI Evaluators
The yacht evaluations were produced independently by five AI evaluators operating under the same 11-dimension CCPI™ methodology.
The individual AI brands are not disclosed on this public page. Their identities, original scoring files and quality-control records remain in EURAN’s internal audit documentation.
- Independence: evaluators do not receive or calibrate against one another’s scores before completing their own assessment.
- Evidence control: documented evidence, analytical inference and insufficient evidence are separated.
- NE discipline: unidentified or insufficiently evidenced subjects are not given invented precision.
- Quality control: arithmetic and structural consistency are checked before admission to triangulation.
- Triangulation: the public field reading uses the median of available admissible evaluations, limiting the effect of unusually strict or generous scoring.

The dominant MYS26 condition is therefore Strong. Technical and luxury competence are widespread; Sovereign cultural-performance integration is comparatively rare.

Seven yachts currently cross the 80-point Sovereign threshold. These profiles represent the highest cultural-performance integration currently observed in the MYS26 field.
Their public identities, shipyards, designers and exact scores are withheld at this stage. The codes below are neutral and do not indicate internal rank.
The Code-Key and yacht-specific evaluator files remain under EURAN control.
What MYS26 Reveals
1. Strong Is Common; Sovereign Is Rare
More than four-fifths of scored yachts fall within the Strong band. The field therefore demonstrates broad competence. The differentiation problem begins above competence: only seven current profiles cross the Sovereign threshold.
2. Size Is Not the Governing Variable
The strongest CCPI™ profiles do not emerge simply because they are the longest, newest or most feature-rich vessels. The index rewards authored systems: alignment between identity, spatial sequence, atmosphere, cultural substance, operations and strategic distinctiveness.
3. The Contemporary Feature Grammar Is Becoming Standardized
Beach clubs, extensive glazing, pools, wellness areas, indoor–outdoor transitions and sophisticated technical systems are increasingly common in the upper superyacht market. Their presence alone therefore creates decreasing differentiation. The critical question becomes not only what features exist, but how coherently they are authored.
4. Cultural Evidence Is the Least Publicly Legible Layer
Architecture, dimensions, propulsion, amenities and named designers are extensively documented. Art collections, cultural programming, intellectual narratives and the active role of artists are much less consistently disclosed. CCPI™ therefore distinguishes “not publicly documented” from “absent.”
5. Evaluator Disagreement Is Itself Information
Some yachts produce tight convergence; others produce substantial score spreads. CCPI™ does not hide that disagreement. It can signal ambiguous evidence, contested originality, uneven cultural legibility or genuine differences in interpretation.
Can AI Perform Serious Critical Evaluation?
Traditional yacht awards and design competitions normally rely on human juries. The MYS26 CCPI™ field asks a different question:
Can several independent AI evaluators, operating under one governed analytical architecture, produce a serious and repeatable critical reading of a real industrial-design field?
EURAN does not claim that AI should universally replace human juries, and does not claim a verified “world first.” The present audit is an experimental methodological application whose credibility must be tested through repetition, comparison and external evidence.
Continuity and Change
The MYS25 baseline identified authorship, spatial narrative, symbolic concentration and coherent identity as decisive differentiators. The MYS26 five-evaluator field reinforces the central proposition: in a technically advanced market, distinction increasingly lies in the ability to transform features, space, materials and technology into a recognizable authored system.
MYS26 adds a more mature audit architecture: eleven dimensions, five independent AI evaluators, arithmetic and structural QA, explicit uncertainty handling, a live participant register and median triangulation.
The Stronger Test Begins After MYS26
The current results are time-stamped before Monaco Yacht Show 2026. That creates a stronger test than the retrospective MYS25 comparison.
After the show, EURAN can collect specialist journalism, design criticism, expert commentary, awards and documented market reactions published after this pre-show audit, and compare them with the already existing CCPI™ findings.
Scores Are Not Negotiated
CCPI™ is an evaluation method. It is not a negotiation mechanism. Evaluated companies are not invited to bargain over scores.
Factual corrections and genuinely new verified evidence may be reviewed. If they materially change the evidence base, a later version may be issued under version control.
The public MYS26 page remains coded while EURAN determines the appropriate future publication policy for yacht identities, detailed profiles and recognition.
Cultural Intelligence — Not a Fifth Event
The CCPI™ field analysis supports Operation 03, the Superyacht Art Collection Index™. It provides the observation and comparison layer behind the index and may inform future recognition or transformation discussions. It is not presented as a separate fifth Monaco activation.
