Create cross-border touring partnerships
The call supports partnerships of performing-arts professionals and organisations from Creative Europe countries.
Perform Europe · Open Call 2026–2028

01 · What the call wants
The call supports partnerships of performing-arts professionals and organisations from Creative Europe countries.
Projects should focus on inclusion and diversity or the fight against climate change, with quality, innovation and fair practice.
Partnerships are expected to co-create touring projects that can lead to meaningful change in how performing arts are presented across borders.
02 · What EURAN proposes
EURAN proposes to contribute an artistic and spatial-design dimension to a cross-border performing-arts partnership. EURAN is not presenting itself as a performing-arts company; it seeks an established performing-arts lead and complementary partners capable of turning a EURAN artistic/design concept into an actual touring work. Possible directions include performance, visual environment, scenography, audience experience and place-based cultural encounters, developed around one of Perform Europe's priorities.
03 · Why EURAN
EURAN's long-running art-and-design editorial and product activity provides a broad visual and conceptual resource for developing artistic environments.
EURAN has a history of converting artistic and design concepts into structured propositions and real-world cultural projects.
EURAN's wider professional network can support partner discovery, cultural exchange and dissemination.
Architecture, design and cultural environments are part of EURAN's core conceptual territory and can complement a performing-arts touring proposition.
04 · Who EURAN is seeking
An eligible performing-arts professional or organisation able to lead the artistic touring proposition. Live music is excluded from this call.
Practitioners from an eligible performing-arts discipline who can develop the actual touring work.
Organisations able to host, produce, tour or technically realise the project across different European territories.
Partners able to strengthen inclusion, accessibility and environmental performance where relevant.
05 · Why this is interesting
Performing-arts organisations gain access to an additional artistic/design layer and a structured concept-development capability without requiring EURAN to replace the specialist role of the performing-arts lead. The objective is a genuine co-created touring proposition, not the attachment of a visual-art project to a performing-arts application.
06 · Participation
Expression of interest does not constitute partnership. No organisation is presented as a partner until eligibility, role and participation have been discussed and agreed.
