Creativity presented to international audiences · Our Story

EURAN XPO connects creators and their creations with the public. We invite cultural organisations, event and presentation platforms, and industry partners to develop cooperation agreements for exhibitions, performances, digital experiences, learning, commissions and joint creative projects.

The cooperation opportunity

Creators.
Creations.
The public.

EURAN invites art fairs and galleries; museums and cultural centres; orchestras, opera houses, ballet and theatre companies; festivals and producers; fashion federations and houses; design and architecture organisations; creative-education organisations; digital cultural platforms; and international media and event groups to develop cooperation with us and with industry partners.

Together, we can bring creators, collections, performances, exhibitions and cultural expertise into cruise ships, superyachts, marinas, hotels and resorts, airports, aviation, luxury real estate and other international environments—while also connecting those audiences back to museums, theatres, concert halls, festivals, galleries, fairs, studios and cultural organisations.

For cultural partners, cooperation can create new audiences, commissions, presentations, co-productions, licensing, touring, digital distribution, education, sponsorship and research opportunities. For industry partners, it can create distinctive cultural experiences for guests, passengers, residents, clients, employees and communities.

The constant principle: creators should not remain distant names. EURAN XPO creates physical, virtual and hybrid paths through which people can discover who creators are, encounter their work, understand it, meet them when appropriate, and develop lasting cultural and commercial relationships.
Physical Exhibitions, concerts, performances, presentations, workshops, visits and encounters.
Virtual Digital exhibitions, streamed or recorded programmes, online meetings and cultural content.
Hybrid / Phygital Physical experiences extended through digital participation, interpretation and international access.

What we can develop together

Creators and creations, in many forms.

01 · VISUAL ARTS & HERITAGE

Exhibitions, collections & cultural interpretation

Artworks, photography, installations, collections and archive-based programmes, developed with creators, galleries, art fairs, museums, foundations and cultural institutions.

02 · MUSIC & PERFORMING ARTS

Orchestras, opera, ballet, dance, theatre & performance

Concerts, recitals, staged works, festivals, dance, theatre and performance programmes. Formats may range from individual creators and small ensembles to major productions, according to the artistic proposition and host environment.

03 · FASHION, DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE

Collections, objects & spatial ideas

Fashion, craft and design presentations; architecture and urbanism; interiors, models, prototypes and creative processes—connecting authorship with the places where people live, work and travel.

04 · FILM, DIGITAL CULTURE & MEDIA

Screenings, streaming & digital audience experience

Licensed live or recorded programmes, film and video, online exhibitions, immersive formats and digital extensions supporting interpretation, participation and wider audience reach.

05 · EDUCATION & PARTICIPATION

Learning, young talent & social programmes

Masterclasses, rehearsals, workshops, artist encounters and participatory programmes for different ages and communities, supporting cultural access and emerging creators.

06 · JOINT CREATION

Commissions, residencies & interdisciplinary work

New works and co-productions bringing together artists, musicians, performers, writers, filmmakers, designers, architects and technologists, with opportunities for residencies and exchanges between cultural and industry settings.

The international field of cooperation

At sea, on land and in the sky.

AT SEA

Cruise ships, superyachts & marinas

Exhibitions, performances, learning and participatory programmes aboard vessels and in connected marina and destination environments. Cooperation can develop from a single programme to recurring activity across fleets, itineraries and ports.

ON LAND

Hotels, resorts, airports & real estate

Cultural programmes for hospitality, airports, residences and mixed-use developments, connected with museums, galleries, concert halls, opera houses, theatres, cultural centres, festivals and creative communities.

IN THE SKY

Aviation & future space environments

Cultural cooperation in aviation, with a long-term horizon extending to future space stations and Lunar or Mars environments, developed with specialist partners around mission requirements and technical feasibility.

Artistic practice, research & innovation

Cultural organisations as creative partners and pilot environments.

An orchestra’s rehearsal and concert activity, an opera or ballet company’s production process, a theatre or festival environment, a museum, or a participatory cultural programme can provide real working settings for research. EURAN XPO can connect these settings with cultural, research, technology and industry partners.

Observe artistic practice

Investigate how listening, adaptation, creativity, coordination, leadership, interpretation and collective decision-making operate in professional artistic work.

Test transfer to other settings

Develop and evaluate pilots to determine whether selected artistic methods can contribute to collaboration, learning, design and complex professional challenges.

Evaluate participation & impact

Work with creators, young talent, audiences and communities to assess engagement, learning, accessibility, cultural outcomes and, where relevant, organisational impact.

European research cooperation can be developed through dedicated proposals, defined work packages and consortium agreements. For the current EURAN BRIDGES — Artistic Intelligence proposal, potential contributions are being developed around artists, researchers and technology partners designing and testing emerging-technology pilots in real working environments. Commercial EURAN XPO programmes can proceed independently through their own agreements.

European performing arts cooperation

Perform Europe 2026–2028

EURAN proposal in preparation
Submission deadline:

EURAN is preparing a proposal for submission to Perform Europe. We invite eligible performing-arts organisations, presenters and host partners to explore a European touring partnership bringing finished artistic works to audiences in different countries and settings.

The call requires at least three partners from three Creative Europe countries and at least one eligible finished performing-arts work presented in at least three Creative Europe countries. Proposals focus primarily on either inclusion and diversity or climate action, while also addressing the other priority.

Important: Perform Europe’s 2026–2028 call excludes works primarily focused on live music and opera, and it does not finance production costs for new creations. Its eligible disciplines include theatre, dance, performance, circus, outdoor arts and puppetry. EURAN XPO itself is broader and continues to include music, opera and new commissions through other commercial, cultural and research cooperation routes.

Complementary roles

Cultural partners. EURAN. Industry hosts.

Cultural partners

Contribute creators, works, performances, curatorial and educational expertise, authorised content and, where relevant, their own venues, audiences or working environments for pilot activities.

EURAN

Develops the overall proposition, connects cultural and industry partners, coordinates the relevant creative and professional network, and develops the programme, spatial integration and delivery framework with the participating parties.

Industry hosts

Contribute host environments, audience access and operational collaboration, and agree the programme’s cultural, educational, commercial or research objectives, resources and implementation arrangements.

From a shared opportunity to an agreement

Develop a cooperation agreement.

Cooperation can cover a single presentation, a touring or recurring programme, licensed digital content, co-production, educational partnership, commission, cultural residency or jointly defined pilot project. Partners may also agree a wider framework across venues, fleets, territories or programme seasons.

Programme & scope
Creators and creations, formats, host environments, audiences, territories, timetable and duration.
Creative rights & identity
Authorship, selection and approval, brands, licensing, screening/streaming rights, documentation and communication.
Responsibilities & delivery
Each party’s role, production team, technical requirements, logistics, budget and delivery commitments.
Commercial arrangements
Commissions, co-production, licensing, fees, royalties, sponsorship or agreed revenue participation.
Evaluation & learning
Audience measures, learning and cultural outcomes, and research use where a programme includes evaluation.

A first exchange identifies the partner’s creative or institutional contribution, the intended audience and host setting, and the preferred form of cooperation. EURAN then develops a defined proposal for agreement with the participating parties.

A continuous activity

Exhibiting creations physically and virtually for decades.

EURAN XPO is a new official identity for a long-standing activity rather than a new interest. As an artist, architect, designer and urbanist—and as an organiser— Alexandros (Alexandre) Mimoglou has consistently presented his own creations and the creations of others.
