Culture operating across society and industry
EURAN’s present work did not emerge from a single sector. It developed through sustained engagement with artistic creation, workplace communities, design and architecture, corporate environments and industrial implementation.
The common question has remained remarkably consistent: how can art, architecture and design create meaningful value when they enter the structures through which people work, live, produce, travel and interact?
The selected case studies below document three complementary foundations of that practice.

From cultural participation to cultural infrastructure
Art & Society
Workplace art societies and corporate art clubs created distributed communities in which employees collectively encountered, discussed and acquired art.
Art, Design & Industry
Architecture and design provided the bridge between artistic intelligence and reproducible objects, materials, products and environments.
Industrial Cultural Integration
Long-term cruise programmes translated artistic content into repeated, large-scale physical environments within a complex industrial context.
