Permanent EURAN capability

EURAN RELATE™

Professionals, creators and project participants discussing defined EURAN relationships in a contemporary environment

External Relationship Classification & Activation System

The right relationship. The right route. The right instrument. A disciplined way for clients, professionals, creators, suppliers, institutions and project teams to work with EURAN.

RELATE™ identifies who the party is in relation to EURAN, what role may be appropriate and which Appointment, agreement or operational framework must govern the relationship before activation.

Identify the relationship → Classify the role → Select the instrument → Formalise in writing → Activate only when agreed

How you may work with EURAN

Five plain-language entry situations.

Begin with your actual position. EURAN then determines the route and formal instrument.

01 · Project

I have an organisation, asset or project.

EURAN may examine whether a Client Appointment, Project Definition, pilot, licence or strategic operation is appropriate.

Potential result: Qualification Exchange followed, where accepted, by a TPA™ Appointment or another defined client instrument.

02 · Professional or creator

I can contribute professionally or creatively.

Architects, designers, artists, galleries, engineers, consultants, curators and specialists may be considered for a defined contribution.

Potential result: Appointment, subcontract, artwork agreement, commission, licence or another project-specific instrument.

03 · Industry and supply

My company can produce, supply or implement.

Manufacturers, shipyards, technology companies, fabricators, logistics providers and suppliers may enter a defined project role.

Potential result: supply, production, fabrication, technology, logistics or implementation agreement.

04 · Team

I could participate in a multidisciplinary team.

Selected professionals, organisations and institutions may be considered for a EURAN Circle or Dream Team assembled around a specific operation.

Potential result: governed project-team role with separately defined responsibility and economics.

05 · Introduction

I know someone who has a project.

That is an ACCESS™ relationship. Register the proposed new-business introduction before making it.

Use EURAN ACCESS™ for protected introduction and possible referral remuneration.

The system

A relationship architecture—not a universal partnership offer.

RELATE™ organises external relationships that do not belong solely inside ACCESS™. It determines the permitted role and directs each accepted relationship toward the correct instrument.

EURAN RELATE™ classifies potential external relationships, defines their permitted route and directs each accepted role toward the appropriate Appointment, agreement or operational framework before activation.

What RELATE does

  • Identifies the relationship and proposed contribution
  • Classifies the route and potential instrument
  • Separates client, professional, creative, industrial and team roles
  • Directs accepted relationships toward TPA™, artwork, licence, supply, subcontract or other agreements
  • Prevents informal promises and undefined expectations

What RELATE does not do

  • It does not create membership or partnership
  • It does not guarantee work, selection or remuneration
  • It does not authorise representation of EURAN
  • It does not replace the TPA™ or another required agreement
  • It does not require EURAN to explain, negotiate or accept every proposal

The five RELATE routes

Different roles require different economics and instruments.

A participant may qualify for more than one route, but each role, authority and remuneration basis must be separately defined.

01

Professional Route

For architects, designers, engineers, consultants, curators, project managers and other specialists.

02

Creator & Art-Market Route

For artists, galleries, dealers, estates, foundations, rights holders, producers and creative organisations.

03

Owner, Operator & Developer Route

For owners, investors, operators, developers, family offices and authorised project decision-makers.

04

Industry, Production & Supply Route

For manufacturers, shipyards, fabricators, technology providers, suppliers, logistics and implementation organisations.

05

Circle & Dream Team Route

For multidisciplinary groups, institutions and selected participants assembled around a defined project or initiative.

Process

Classification before participation.

RELATE begins with a high-level description. Detailed, confidential or substantive material is requested only when a credible route exists.

01

Present

Describe the proposed role, project context and expected contribution at a high level.

02

Evaluate

EURAN reviews relevance, authority, conflicts, capacity, timing and applicable professional restrictions.

03

Classify

EURAN identifies the appropriate RELATE route and whether ACCESS™ also applies to a separate introduction.

04

Define

The parties clarify role, scope, deliverables, responsibility, rights, economics, expenses and approval route.

05

Formalise

The relationship is governed through the TPA™ or another written client, artwork, licence, supply, subcontract or cooperation instrument.

06

Activate

Work begins only after the relevant written agreement, authority and funding are in place.

Combined roles

The same person may use two systems—for two different reasons.

A referral and a later project role remain separate, documented economic relationships.

EURAN architecture

RELATE connects the relationship to the correct EURAN layer.

RELATE does not replace ACCESS™, TPA™, COS™ or OPS™. It directs each accepted role toward them.

COS™

Doctrine

Strategic and cultural principles.

ACCESS™

Origination

Approved new-business introduction and referral remuneration.

RELATE™

Relationship

External role classification and activation.

TPA™

Appointment

Scope, responsibility and economics.

OPS™

Execution

Project process and delivery.

Operating boundaries

No activation without definition.

A conversation, submission, listing or expression of interest does not itself create rights or obligations.

No automatic Appointment

RELATE classification does not guarantee selection, work, exclusivity or remuneration.

No implied authority

No participant may represent, commit or bind EURAN without express written authority.

Separate economics

Introduction, professional work, artwork, rights, production, supply and team participation have distinct economics.

Confidentiality first

Do not disclose protected information until the purpose, authority and required safeguards are established.

No unfunded expansion

EURAN does not accept undefined additional work, responsibility or third-party cost without written approval and funding.

Written instrument controls

The applicable TPA™, Appointment, agreement or written confirmation governs the activated relationship.

Present the relationship

How could you or your organisation work with EURAN?

Describe the proposed role, current project context and expected contribution at a high level. EURAN will determine whether there is a relevant route before requesting detailed or confidential material.

Submission does not create an Appointment, partnership, exclusivity, employment, representation authority, entitlement to remuneration or an obligation for EURAN to accept or explain its decision.
