ART2SPACE™
Art becomes architecture.

Original artistic creation as the generative source of real architectural environments. EURAN conceives and directs the artistic-to-spatial translation; independently appointed architectural and engineering practices develop the technical design and built realization.

Art as the generative source of architecture.

ART2SPACE™ begins with an original painting or artistic composition. Its geometry, chromatic fields, proportions, internal rhythm and spatial tension become the foundations of a new architectural proposition. A performance film may reveal a possible environment, but the objective is the design and, where commissioned, the realization of a real physical space.

END CLIENT

Owners and operators

Commission art-originated environments for hotels, cruise vessels, superyachts, residences, workplaces or larger developments.

ARCHITECT AS CLIENT

Architectural practices

Commission the rights and artistic direction needed to integrate a specific EURAN artwork into an architectural project.

ARCHITECT AS PARTNER

Implementation network

Independent architectural offices join a selected, long-term partner network for technical studies, approvals, documentation and realization.

From artistic DNA to buildable spatial design

The Art-Driven Spatial Method™ (ADSM™) governs the translation. Performative Artworks™ may provide a visual and spatial testing instrument, but moving-image production is not a compulsory step.

01 · Artwork Original human artistic source
02 · Translation Geometry, proportion, colour, rhythm
03 · Spatial testing Models, digital environments, optional performance
04 · Architectural proposal Function, feasibility and design development
05 · Realization Technical offices, construction and authorial oversight

EURAN does not offer an in-house architectural drafting or construction service. Qualified architects and engineers hold responsibility for their technical deliverables, statutory requirements and licensed professional services. Alexandros Mimoglou and EURAN retain the agreed authorial, methodological and creative-direction role throughout the commissioned process.

Watch the composition become an environment — through selected stills

Three frames from a recent artist-directed digital study illustrate the transition from abstract morphology to an immersive architectural proposition. These are exploratory visualizations, not construction drawings or a completed building .

Further art-derived spatial propositions

Independent visual studies showing different architectural directions — from enclosure and sculptural surfaces to an inhabitable chromatic volume. They are conceptual images, not completed buildings, approved design schemes or construction documents.

Vectorial Horizons — conceptual applications

The Alexandros Mimoglou / Alexis studies already examine airport interiors, building volumes, hospitality environments, gardens and speculative off-world habitats. These are artistic and architectural concepts, not claims of completed construction or engineering feasibility.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Airports and terminals

Spatial organization, circulation, thresholds and terminal atmospheres.

BUILDINGS

Vertical and integrated structures

Building morphology, façades, urban forms and ecological relations.

HOSPITALITY / RESEARCH

Hotels, gardens and beyond

Hospitality concepts, garden systems and exploratory space-habitat propositions.

From a specific artwork to a specific commission.

Each ART2SPACE™ appointment defines one field of application, original artistic source, creative authority, rights, independent technical roles, review points and acceptance criteria. EURAN's appointment fee is separate from professional engineering, construction and other external realization costs.

Major · Strategic · Institutional

Commissions are structured against EURAN's established Terms of Professional Appointment™ . The appropriate scope and remuneration depend on the responsibilities and consequences of the commission, not on a fixed number of rooms or buildings.

No public price is quoted for an individual artistic or architectural licence on this page.

Written enquiries and partner qualifications

End clients and commissioning architects: describe the property, intended application, authorisation and programme.

Architectural implementation offices: introduce the practice, jurisdictions, technical resources and relevant delivered work. Interest in a long-term relationship does not itself create a contract or exclusivity.

Authorship is continuous. Technical responsibility is explicit.

The originating artworks and EURAN's pre-existing methods remain with their respective rights holders unless otherwise expressly agreed. A project-specific architectural application licence defines what may be translated, adapted or realized, where and for how long. General inspiration is not itself a licensable monopoly.

One cultural architecture. Defined roles.

Architecture under artistic authorship. COS™ is EURAN’s overarching cultural system. ADSM™ supplies the art-driven spatial method. ART2SPACE™ is the commercial architectural application, directed by Alexandros Mimoglou and implemented through independent qualified architectural teams. Professional engagement follows TPA™.

EURAN · Authored spatial conception

ADSM™ and ADSM Plus · Two defined commissions

ADSM Standard preserves the original twelve-chapter analytical method: EURAN examines the artistic DNA and defines the morphological, chromatic and spatial principles of the work. A commissioned architectural practice develops the physical space from that framework.

ADSM Plus extends EURAN's authority into the first architectural proposition. The same structured analysis informs an exacting artist-directed prompt; generative video tools produce a visual spatial concept, reviewed and refined by EURAN. The result is a more developed authored proposal—potentially showing circulation, people, scale and anticipated use—before it is transferred to architectural and engineering collaborators for feasibility, technical design and implementation.

Generative technology serves the method; it does not define it. Today the visual instrument may be Flow. The architectural authorship, analytical criteria and commissioning terms remain independent of any one platform.

The spatial video may itself be curated as a Performative Artwork™. Artistic acquisition, architectural concept rights and implementation rights are separately defined under TPA™, within COS™.
