EURAN · ART ACQUISITION & DEPLOYMENT

DEPLOYMENT

DEPLOYMENT

THE DEPLOYMENT BRANCH

From selected art to a controlled physical result.

Deployment begins once the project knows what art it intends to use — whether sourced by EURAN or provided by the client. EURAN may then define the programme, specify materials, qualify suppliers, direct production, establish prototypes, control quality, coordinate logistics and control placement and installation.

Technical Services are modular

The client may appoint EURAN for one stage, selected stages or the complete deployment chain.

Start before production

Technical Specification, Supplier Qualification & Quality Assurance

Define materials and processes, identify or assess suppliers, test samples and establish factory-level quality requirements before scale production starts.

The owner's eyes inside the production chain

Where EURAN is appointed to direct or verify third-party realisation, the role is to protect the owner's approved result rather than the interests of a printer, framer, fabricator or installer. This may require direct work with the client's existing suppliers, EURAN-qualified suppliers or a mixed project team.

The client remains free to retain its own suppliers. EURAN can define specifications, evaluate their capability, direct technical execution and control conformity without taking over the client's procurement structure.

THREE COMMERCIAL ROUTES

Declare the production route before procurement

The technical scope may be similar while the commercial and contractual role is different. EURAN therefore identifies the route before suppliers are committed.

Route 1

Client suppliers + EURAN independent direction

The client contracts third parties. EURAN acts on the owner's side for the expressly appointed specification, qualification, direction, quality-control, validation or Acceptance scope. The applicable Professional Appointment and External Realisation Direction remuneration are defined under the current TPA™.

Route 2

EURAN-supplied production

EURAN contracts the production chain and supplies a defined package to the client under an accepted quotation/order and applicable Production & Supply Conditions. No automatic Direction Fee is added to the same EURAN-supplied value.

Route 3

Client-managed production + defined EURAN intervention

The client selects and manages production. EURAN is appointed only for a bounded technical, prototype, QA, placement or control role. There is no automatic percentage on production expenditure EURAN is not appointed to direct.

Role separation. EURAN does not act as both independent owner-side director and commercial supplier for the same production scope. Mixed projects are possible only where the respective scopes, responsibilities and contractual routes are separately identified in writing.

EURAN NEXT · GLOBAL GROWTH

One capability inside a wider growth architecture

This page forms part of EURAN's expanding portfolio of artistic, design, technical and professional capabilities. Selected capabilities can progress through direct commercial deployment, research and European cooperation, or both — according to the project.
