EURAN PROFESSIONAL APPOINTMENTS · IN-SITU INTELLIGENCE

EURAN FAIR MISSIONS™

Client representation, strategic scouting and executive reporting at selected international fairs. When a client cannot attend — or wants an independent professional reading rather than a conventional visit — EURAN can attend under a defined Professional Appointment, investigate the fair against the client's brief, meet relevant exhibitors where appropriate and report the findings directly to the decision-maker.

PARIS → AMSTERDAM → DÜSSELDORF → MILAN → BASEL

01 · IMMEDIATE MISSION

Art Basel Paris · 23–25 October 2026

The first activation of EURAN Fair Missions™ is Paris: art-market intelligence, gallery review, acquisition orientation and client-specific cultural scouting at the Grand Palais.

Art & acquisition

Art Basel Paris 2026

23–25 October 2026 · Grand Palais · Paris

Art Basel Paris brings together more than 200 exhibitors from 41 countries and territories. A EURAN mission can be structured around a client's acquisition brief, collection strategy, cultural placement needs, hospitality or maritime project, corporate environment, residence or institutional objective.

What EURAN does

Not a guided tour — a professional mandate

EURAN does not sell admission, VIP access or an official fair tour. The mission is independent professional representation: predefined targets, on-site observation, gallery or exhibitor contact where appropriate, priority alerts and decision-oriented reporting.

Art Acquisition & Deployment

From fair intelligence to action

Where the client's objective includes artworks, Art Basel Paris can activate EURAN Art Acquisition & Deployment: sourcing, review, acquisition orientation, placement and subsequent gallery follow-up under the agreed mandate.

Additional fairs can be commissioned

Case-by-case

The calendar is selective, not closed. A client may request another fair where EURAN's presence can produce a defined commercial, cultural, acquisition, technical or strategic result.

03 · HOW A FAIR MISSION WORKS

From client brief to actionable field intelligence

A mission is prepared before travel. EURAN does not arrive at a fair without a defined objective.

01

Client Brief

Objective, sector, targets, budget context, decisions required and confidentiality level.

02

Pre-Fair Mapping

Relevant exhibitors, galleries, brands, people, products, technologies or themes are prioritised.

03

In-Situ Mission

EURAN attends, observes, documents and conducts agreed contacts or meetings where access permits.

04

Priority Alerts

Time-sensitive opportunities can be escalated during the fair for immediate client decision.

05

Executive Report

Findings, shortlists, recommendations, contacts, follow-up priorities and proposed next actions.

04 · POSSIBLE CLIENT OBJECTIVES

One fair — different mandates

The mission is built around what the client needs to decide, source, compare, acquire, develop or activate.

Acquisition

Art & Collection Scouting

Gallery and artist orientation, available-work intelligence, collection development and cultural placement.

Procurement

Supplier & Product Scouting

Targeted review of manufacturers, suppliers, materials, products, systems and potential procurement routes.

Innovation

Technology & Market Signals

New products, emerging technologies, competitor directions, sustainability approaches and sector developments.

Business Development

Partners & Commercial Leads

Identification of relevant companies, decision-makers, collaboration prospects and post-fair follow-up priorities.

Design Intelligence

Interiors, Materials & Trends

Relevant directions for hotels, vessels, residences, real estate, cultural spaces, offices and other environments.

Executive Representation

Attend on the Client's Behalf

Where the client cannot be present, EURAN becomes the client's defined professional observer and reporting channel for the agreed mission.

05 · PROFESSIONAL APPOINTMENT

Paid missions under the EURAN TPA™ framework

The fair is not the service. The service is the professional mandate: preparation, in-situ work, judgement, reporting and follow-through.

Remote Strategic Activation €25,000

Pre-fair intelligence, exhibitor or gallery mapping, remote research, strategic orientation and defined follow-up without EURAN's physical attendance.

In-Situ Fair Mission €35,000

Professional Appointment including mission preparation, physical fair attendance, agreed field intelligence, executive reporting and defined follow-up.

Separate costs: travel, accommodation, local transport, admission, accreditation, interpreters, specialist advisers, purchases, shipping, taxes and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included in the written Appointment. Success, origination or acquisition commissions apply only where separately agreed in writing.

06 · ACTIVATION

Commission a fair mission before the field closes

For each fair, the useful window begins before opening day. A client brief received early allows EURAN to define targets, prepare contacts and structure the mission before entering the fair.

The client should indicate: the fair of interest; the business or acquisition objective; target companies, exhibitors, galleries or categories if already known; the decisions EURAN should help prepare; and any confidentiality, budget or urgency requirements.

EURAN then confirms whether the mission can be accepted, defines the scope and issues the appropriate Professional Appointment.
